Amaris Dordar, Esq.® is an Ivy League-trained business and corporate lawyer based in Los Angeles, California. She graduated from Yale University, where she earned a B.A. in Religious Studies with high honors at the University's 314th commencement. 

Amaris began her career working with the United States Department of State and boasts distinction as a recipient of the coveted Fulbright award. After, she earned a Masters from Harvard and J.D. from Southwestern Law School. 

She focuses her legal practice on corporate law and corporate financing, M&A, business litigation, commercial arbitration and intellectual property law. But she also represents accredited investors, business owners and underwriters in private financing and public offerings. Amaris has maintained her longstanding commitment to public service and has an active pro bono practice.

Amaris is a polyglot having achieved fluency in Spanish and competency in Mandarin, Hindi, Tibetan and Sanskrit.
